The hotel’s restaurant bears the name “Fionie” (French for “Funen”) and is where our skilled chefs do their work with a sharp focus on ecology, sustainability and the best local produce from our green island.

The result is a delicious menu, mixing classic dishes with all-new tastes – serving you a great taste of Funen with every bite.
